the universe

Even an atheist would have a hard time explaining how something can come from nothing when it comes to the universe, in all its utterly incomprehensible size had a beginning before which it didn't exist. There was nothing... a big bang... and then there was everything. An explosion from nothing started everything. But how can nothing explode? How can you get everything from nothing?

A painting can't paint itself; a building can't erect itself, and a universe can't create itself, and science shows this is impossible. The universe didn't make itself or happen by chance, but by the hand of an external creator, God, all things were made through Him!

So it is all the more staggering that He, God, made it, and He became part of it by coming to earth in the form of a man - Jesus. It happened, not by chance, but by God's choice to enter into life on earth as a human being, He, God, became flesh and made His dwelling among us.

This is the reason for the season of Christmas when we remember that event of long ago and celebrate Christmas. When a person gets this, it transforms their lives, that there is a God who listens and cares.

The universe didn't make itself or happen by chance, but by the hand of an external creator, God, all things were made through Him!
