One of the best ways to share Jesus with people is to love like Jesus. But loving like Jesus is difficult to do because it involves loving people as Jesus loved. If we are going to love people like Jesus, that means loving everyone – loving every person like Jesus did, including those we don’t even like, because Jesus didn’t say we are to only love people whom we like, Jesus said to love everyone, even though it can feel impossible to do.
Jesus said the greatest command was to love God and to love others. So how can we love others when it doesn’t come naturally to us? Does the answer depend on how much we love Jesus? If we truly love Jesus, this will change the way we see others, so let’s start seeing others the way Jesus would see them, the same way Jesus sees each one of us!
