REASONS FOR CHRISTMAS CELEBRATION
JESUS IS THE REASON FOR CHRISTMAS CELEBRATION
Jesus Christ is the reason for Christmas celebrations. This highlights that the real meaning of Christmas is about Jesus' birth. It reminds us that while we enjoy the festivities, gifts, and gatherings, our focus should remain on Jesus and what His birth signifies, rather than just the commercial and festive aspects of Christmas.
The birth of Jesus signifies the fulfilment of long-predicted prophecies about God coming to Earth in human form, marking a new chapter in humanity's history.
Jesus is recognised as a Saviour, delivering those who believe in Him from eternal separation from God (Hell). Jesus offers a way for our past mistakes (Sins) to be forgiven and forgotten by God and provides us with comfort when facing life's trials.
The arrival of Jesus underscores the depth of God's love for humanity and gives everyone the chance to experience eternal life (Heaven) and attain peace in their lives on Earth.
If you enjoy singing carols this time of year, you'll notice most are about Jesus' birth, joy, and peace. Christmas is a season to consider accepting Jesus as your Saviour.
Come and meet our Church leader, Dan, along with others who will be happy to share with you how to accept Jesus as your Saviour.
Praying you find Hope in Jesus this Christmastime
Happy Christmas with Love from Beacon Community Church Bacton
